ACI Marina Dubrovnik lies at Komolac, deep in the sheltered Rijeka Dubrovačka inlet, about 6 km from the city walls and roughly 30 minutes’ drive from Dubrovnik Airport. Its offices are in the historic Sorkočević summer residence. The year-round marina has about 380 berths, a fuel station on the breakwater, a boatyard with a 60-tonne travel lift, a small chandlery, restaurants, a supermarket, a pool and tennis courts; buses 1A and 1B run to the Old Town. Foreign yachts clear in first at nearby Gruž harbour. The marina is the main charter base for southern Dalmatia, with short hops to the Elaphiti Islands (Koločep, Lopud, Šipan) and longer legs to Mljet and Korčula.
